Personal Information that we may collect and process includes –
• Contact information that allows us to communicate with you, eg. Name, address, email address and telephone number.
• Transactional information about how you interact with us, including purchases, delivery and installation details for work performed, billing and details for taxes, and correspondence history.
How will we use the information about you.
Information is collected to process document products or services performed at the property.
Should you be a servicing customer, we may send you a reminder letter asking if you would like a service a year after one is performed. If no response is made to this letter we assume you no
longer wish to be contacted and no further letters are sent.
Gas safe engineers are legally required to register any installations with Gas Safe.
Some installations (eg. Boiler Installations) also require contact details (Name, address, product details) to be given to the manufacturer in order for Warranty’s to be applied.
We will never share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes.
